Mushrooms: 1 cup, cleaned and sliced
White rice cakes: 200 g / 7 oz
Fish-flavored seasoning: 2 tablespoons
Cornstarch: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Sauté the garlicIn a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
Add mushroomsToss in the mushrooms with a pinch of salt. Lower the heat, cover, and let them cook until soft and fragrant.
Stir in rice cakesAdd the rice cakes and stir well. Optional: add a bit of finely chopped parsley.
Prepare the brothIn a separate cup, mix 1 cup of water with the fish-flavored seasoning. Pour into the pan and stir to combine.
