  • Hand blender

  • Loaf pan


🧾 Ingredients

  • Almonds: 5 oz / 140 gr.

  • Icing sugar: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.

  • Organic eggs: 3 units


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Separate the egg whites from three eggs and combine them with two of the yolks in a bowl. Add the icing sugar and mix well.

  2. Toast the almonds in a frying pan until lightly golden.

  3. Add the toasted almonds to the egg mixture and blend everything together using a hand blender until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.

  5. Cook in an air fryer at 170°C/340ºF for 15 minutes.

  6. Let it rest at room temperature before serving.
