🧾 Ingredients
Almonds: 5 oz / 140 gr.
Icing sugar: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Organic eggs: 3 units
👨🍳 Instructions
Separate the egg whites from three eggs and combine them with two of the yolks in a bowl. Add the icing sugar and mix well.
Toast the almonds in a frying pan until lightly golden.
Add the toasted almonds to the egg mixture and blend everything together using a hand blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
Cook in an air fryer at 170°C/340ºF for 15 minutes.
Let it rest at room temperature before serving.
