Kitchen Tools
Hand blender or food processor
Ingredients
1/2 cup cooked or jarred lupins (rinsed and peeled if needed)
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet, as preferred)
5 drops sriracha (or to taste)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons water (plus more if needed)
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Combine the base: Add the lupins and chopped onion to a mixing bowl or blender cup.
Add flavour: Add the garlic powder, paprika, sriracha, olive oil, and juice of 1 lemon gradually while blending. Mix well.
Adjust consistency: Pour in 2 tablespoons of water and blend thoroughly until creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add more water gradually, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
