🧾 Ingredients
Butter: 2 oz. / 50 gr.
Organic eggs: 3 units
Vanilla sweetener: 1 teaspoon
Erythritol: 4 oz. / 120 gr.
Almond flour: 5 oz. / 150 gr.
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Melt the butter and place it in a mixing bowl.
Add the eggs, vanilla, and erythritol. Mix until smooth.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and optional chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
Form small dough balls and place them on a greased baking tray.
Bake at 180ºC/350°F for 10 minutes.
Let them cool before serving.
