🧾 Ingredients

  • Butter: 2 oz. / 50 gr.

  • Organic eggs: 3 units

  • Vanilla sweetener: 1 teaspoon

  • Erythritol: 4 oz. / 120 gr.

  • Almond flour: 5 oz. / 150 gr.

  • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and place it in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add the eggs, vanilla, and erythritol. Mix until smooth.

  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and optional chocolate chips. Mix to combine.

  4. Form small dough balls and place them on a greased baking tray.

  5. Bake at 180ºC/350°F for 10 minutes.

  6. Let them cool before serving.
