🧾 Ingredients

  • Egg whites: 5 fl oz / 150 ml

  • Chocolate essence: 15 drops


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350ºF.

  2. In a bowl, mix the egg whites and chocolate essence thoroughly.

  3. Beat the mixture until stiff peaks form.

  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with oil.

  5. Gently spread the whipped mixture onto the tray without deflating it.

  6. Bake for about 5 minutes or until set.
