👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt and a small amount of salt in a bowl.

  2. Transfer the yogurt onto a cheesecloth set over a bowl, allowing the whey to collect underneath.

  3. Keep refrigerated for a full day to achieve a thick, spreadable consistency.
