🧾 Ingredients
Wheat flour: 3 oz / 90 gr.
Soy yogurt: 14 oz / 385 gr.
Yeast: 1 teaspoon
Tofu: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Onion: 1/4 unit
Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
Agave syrup: 1 tablespoon
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
Cucumber: 1/2 unit
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Tomato: 1/2 unit
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
👨🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, 2 fl oz of yogurt, yeast, and a pinch of salt.
Knead for 2 minutes until a dough forms, then shape into a ball.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
Degas the dough, divide it into buns, and cook each one in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix tofu pieces, 4 fl oz of yogurt, diced onion, soy sauce, agave syrup, paprika, and garlic powder.
Bake or air fry the tofu mix at 180ºC/350ºF for 15 minutes.
For the cucumber sauce, blend 7 fl oz of yogurt with grated cucumber, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt to taste.
To assemble, spread the sauce on the flatbread, add tomato slices and lettuce, then top with the tofu mixture.
Fold the flatbread into a cone shape and serve.
