Ingredients
1 apple
1 pear
1 banana
10 g baking powder
20 ml olive oil (approx. 1/2 fl oz)
60 ml milk powder (approx. 2 fl oz)
4 organic eggs
30 g erythritol (approx. 1 oz)
100 g oatmeal (approx. 3.5 oz)
Instructions
Blend the fruit base: In a bowl, combine the cubed apple, pear, banana, eggs, and olive oil. Blend well with a hand blender until smooth. Set aside.
Prepare the dry mix: In another bowl, mix the oatmeal, milk powder, baking powder, and erythritol.
Combine: Add the blended fruit mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe cake pan and bake at 180°C (350ºF) for 30 minutes.
Cool and serve: Let the cake cool at room temperature before slicing.
