Ingredients

  • 1 apple

  • 1 pear

  • 1 banana

  • 10 g baking powder

  • 20 ml olive oil (approx. 1/2 fl oz)

  • 60 ml milk powder (approx. 2 fl oz)

  • 4 organic eggs

  • 30 g erythritol (approx. 1 oz)

  • 100 g oatmeal (approx. 3.5 oz)


Instructions

  1. Blend the fruit base: In a bowl, combine the cubed apple, pear, banana, eggs, and olive oil. Blend well with a hand blender until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Prepare the dry mix: In another bowl, mix the oatmeal, milk powder, baking powder, and erythritol.

  3. Combine: Add the blended fruit mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  4. Bake: Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe cake pan and bake at 180°C (350ºF) for 30 minutes.

  5. Cool and serve: Let the cake cool at room temperature before slicing.
