🧾 Ingredients

  • Wheat flour: 1.5 cups

  • Yeast: 1 teaspoon

  • Sugar: 3 teaspoons

  • Fine herbs: 1 teaspoon

  • Cherry tomato: 5 units


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl put the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, and mix until combined.

  2. Add 3/4 cup of warm water.

  3. Mix again, until completely integrated.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tray and cover with a cloth.

  5. Let the yeast sit until the dough doubles in size.

  6. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them on top of the dough.

  7. Add the spices on top.

  8. Bake for approximately 40 minutes at 180ºC/350ºF.

  9. Remove and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
