Ingredients

  • 30 g protein powder (approx. 1 oz)

  • 1 g baking powder (approx. 1/4 teaspoon)

  • 200 ml dairy milk (approx. 7 fl oz)


Instructions

  1. Mix it all together: In a bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and milk. Blend with a hand blender until smooth (a few small lumps are fine!).

  2. Microwave magic: Pour the mixture into a greased, microwave-safe container or cake pan.

  3. Cook fast: Microwave on high for 1 minute. The texture should be soft and bouncy—if it needs a little more time, add 10–15 seconds.

  4. Cool it down: Let it rest for a few minutes at room temperature before enjoying.
