🍫 Express Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup vegan milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter

  • 60 g white chocolate (approx. 2 oz)


Instructions

  1. Grind the dry ingredients: Blend the oatmeal, cocoa powder, and baking powder until you obtain a fine flour.

  2. Mix the batter: Pour the flour into a bowl. Using the hand blender, gradually add the vegan milk and blend until smooth.

  3. Add the richness: Incorporate the nut butter and blend again until fully mixed.

  4. Layer with chocolate: Let the mixture sit for a moment. Then, pour into a greased loaf pan and gently press the white chocolate into the center of the batter with a spatula.

  5. Air fry: Bake at 170°C (340ºF) for 10 minutes.

  6. Cool and serve: Let it rest at room temperature before enjoying.
