Ingredients
1 small fresh cheese (approx. 125 g / 4.4 oz)
1 tablespoon nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut)
20 g protein powder (chocolate or vanilla flavour)
100 g / 3.5 oz chocolate chips, divided
Optional: natural flavouring or chocolate sauce
Instructions
Prepare the serving glass: Take a freezer-safe glass and drizzle or spread nut butter along the inside walls. Set aside.
Make the creamy base: In a bowl, mix the fresh cheese, protein powder, flavouring (if using), a small amount of chocolate sauce (optional), and 50 g of crushed chocolate chips. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Layer into the glass: Pour the creamy mixture into the prepared glass.
Top with melted chocolate: Melt the remaining 50 g of chocolate chips and pour over the top of the ice cream base to create a chocolate shell.
Freeze to set: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Serving Ideas
Sprinkle with crushed nuts or sea salt before serving
Top with whipped coconut cream or fresh fruit
