🧾 Ingredients

  • Oat flour: 1 oz / 30 gr.

  • Egg whites: 4 fl oz / 120 ml

  • Baking soda: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Apple cider vinegar: 1/2 teaspoon

  • Cream cheese: 1 tablespoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Blend well using a hand blender until smooth.

  3. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour in the batter and spread to form a thin crepe.

  5. Cook until golden on both sides, flipping carefully.

  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
