This Creamy Fruit Ice Cream is a light and luscious frozen treat that comes together in minutes. Made with frozen fruit and a touch of dairy yogurt, it’s naturally sweet, refreshing, and ideal for when you want something delicious without the fuss.

Perfect for hot days, quick dessert cravings, or a healthier after-school snack.


Kitchen Tools

  • Hand blender or food processor

  • Freezer-safe container


Ingredients

  • 50 g / 2 oz frozen fruit (berries, mango, pineapple, etc.)

  • 40 ml / 1.5 fl oz dairy yogurt (plain or vanilla)


Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: Place the frozen fruit and yogurt into the bowl of a hand blender or food processor.

  2. Sweeten to taste: Blend until smooth and creamy. Add your preferred sweetener if desired.

  3. Chill slightly: Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture. If left longer, let sit at room temperature a few minutes before serving.


Serving Ideas

  • Serve in small bowls with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup

  • Top with chopped nuts or granola

  • Layer into parfaits with fresh fruit and yogurt


Storage Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 days. Let soften before serving.
