Ingredients
50 g / 2 oz frozen fruit (berries, mango, pineapple, etc.)
40 ml / 1.5 fl oz dairy yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Instructions
Blend the ingredients: Place the frozen fruit and yogurt into the bowl of a hand blender or food processor.
Sweeten to taste: Blend until smooth and creamy. Add your preferred sweetener if desired.
Chill slightly: Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture. If left longer, let sit at room temperature a few minutes before serving.
