Cashews: 9 oz / 260 gr.
Nutritional yeast: 1 unit
Lemon: 1 unit
Fine herbs: 2 tablespoons
👨🍳 Instructions
Give the cashews at least four hours to soak in water.
Put the cashews, lemon juice, baking powder, and 5 fl oz of water into the blender.
Mix thoroughly.
Add the fine herbs and stir.
Mix thoroughly once more.
Place in a container and refrigerate.
