Kitchen Tools

  • Hand blender

  • Mixing bowl or blending cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 ml) dairy milk

  • 5 tablespoons milk powder

  • 1 teaspoon erythritol (or more to taste)

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients: In the bowl or cup of your hand blender, add the dairy milk, milk powder, and erythritol.

  2. Mix until smooth: Blend thoroughly until all the ingredients are fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.

  3. Store and chill: Transfer the condensed milk to a container with a lid and refrigerate. It will thicken slightly as it cools.
