🧾 Ingredients
Almonds: 1/2 cup
Tofu: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Coconut cream: 1 tablespoon
Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Chop the almonds with a knife and toast them in a dry frying pan, stirring occasionally, until golden.
Crumble the tofu with your hands and add it to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until browned.
Add the coconut cream and let it melt into the tofu mixture.
Stir in a small amount of your preferred sweetener and the cocoa powder.
Return the toasted almonds to the pan and combine everything well.
