🧾 Ingredients

  • Almonds: 1/2 cup

  • Tofu: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.

  • Coconut cream: 1 tablespoon

  • Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Chop the almonds with a knife and toast them in a dry frying pan, stirring occasionally, until golden.

  2. Crumble the tofu with your hands and add it to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes until browned.

  3. Add the coconut cream and let it melt into the tofu mixture.

  4. Stir in a small amount of your preferred sweetener and the cocoa powder.

  5. Return the toasted almonds to the pan and combine everything well.
