🧾 Ingredients

  • Egg whites: 8 fl oz / 240 ml

  • Oat flour: 1 oz / 30 gr.

  • Chocolate: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the egg whites and oat flour.

  2. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.

  3. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter.

  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the base.

  5. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until the crêpe is firm but still flexible.

  6. Before folding, place a small amount of chocolate in the center.

  7. Fold the crêpe in half and lower the heat. Let it cook for 2 more minutes so the chocolate melts.

  8. Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.
