🧾 Ingredients
Egg whites: 8 fl oz / 240 ml
Oat flour: 1 oz / 30 gr.
Chocolate: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, add the egg whites and oat flour.
Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil or butter.
Pour 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the base.
Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until the crêpe is firm but still flexible.
Before folding, place a small amount of chocolate in the center.
Fold the crêpe in half and lower the heat. Let it cook for 2 more minutes so the chocolate melts.
Remove and repeat with the remaining batter.
