🧾 Ingredients
Olive oil: 4 fl oz / 120 ml
Sugar: 5 oz / 150 gr.
Vegan milk: 2 fl oz / 60 ml
Chocolate chips: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Wheat flour: 7 oz / 200 gr.
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, beat the olive oil and sugar together until fully combined. Add a splash of vanilla essence if you have it.
Add the vegan milk and beat again until incorporated.
Gradually sift in the flour while mixing to avoid lumps.
Stir in the chocolate chips gently. You can also add some chopped dried fruits if desired.
Refrigerate the dough for 45 minutes.
Scoop the chilled dough into balls using a spoon.
Place them on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray.
Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Let them cool to room temperature before serving.
