  • Nutritional yeast: 1 tablespoon

  • Black salt (Kala Namak): 5 g

  • Mix the baseIn a container, mix all the ingredients well.

  • Cook in a panHeat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add a little oil. Pour the mixture into the pan.

  • Stir and cookStir constantly and cook for a couple of minutes, until thickened and slightly golden.
