📋 Ingredients
Serves 6–8
Cooked chickpeas: 14 oz / 400 gr.
Oat flour: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.
Chocolate (chunks): 7 oz / 200 gr.
Vegan milk: 12 fl oz / 350 ml
Erythritol: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Baking powder: 1 tablespoon
👨🍳 Instructions
Blend the wet baseIn a pot or deep container, blend the chickpeas, erythritol, and vegan milk with a hand blender. Add a few drops of vanilla extract if desired.
Add dry ingredientsTransfer the blended mix to a bowl. Add the oat flour, baking powder, and most of the chocolate chunks.
Combine and shapeStir thoroughly with a spoon until fully combined.
BakePour the dough into a greased tart pan and top with the remaining chocolate chunks. Bake at 180°C/350ºF for 35 minutes.
Check and coolTest with a toothpick for doneness. If needed, bake for a few more minutes. Let cool to room temperature.
