🧾 Ingredients
Garlic: 1 clove
Onion: 1/4 unit
Cooked chickpeas: 6 oz / 180 gr.
Psyllium: 1 teaspoon
Lemon: 1 unit
Cheese-flavor seasoning: 2 tablespoons
Nutritional yeast: 3 tablespoons
Agar-Agar: 3 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in the blender with the lemon juice until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan set over medium heat. When the mixture begins to boil, stir constantly for three minutes before taking it off the heat.
Transfer the blend into a mold that has been oiled (silicone molds don't require oiling).
Allow it to come to room temperature.
Put in the fridge for three hours.
