🧾 Ingredients

  • Cauliflower: 1 unit

  • Hard cheese: 2 oz / 50 gr.

  • Fried tomato sauce: 3.5 oz / 100 gr.


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Slice the cauliflower and spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased with olive oil.

  2. Bake at 190°C/375ºF for 12 minutes.

  3. Remove from the oven and top with grated cheese and fried tomato sauce. Season to taste.

  4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes at 180°C/350ºF.
