🧾 Ingredients

  • Cauliflower: 1/2 unit

  • Cornstarch: 8 tablespoons

  • Nutritional yeast: 6 tablespoons


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the cauliflower in plenty of water until it's soft.

  2. Transfer the cauliflower to the blender, add the cornstarch, nutritional yeast, salt and spices to your taste.

  3. Blend well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  4. Heat a saucepan over medium-low heat.

  5. Pour the preparation into the saucepan.

  6. Stir constantly until you get an even creamier consistency.

  7. Line a medium-sized mold or container with parchment paper.

  8. Pour the mixture into the mold. Let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for 6 hours.
