🛠 Kitchen Tools


  • Oven

  • Mixing bowl

  • Grater or food processor

  • Baking tray

  • Parchment paper

  • Rolling pin (optional)


📋 Ingredients

Makes 1 small pizza crust


  • Carrot (peeled and chopped): 60 g / 2 oz

  • Oat flour: 60 g / 2 oz


👨‍🍳 Instructions


  • Prep the carrotPeel and finely chop the carrot. Blend or mash until smooth.

  • Mix the doughTransfer to a bowl, add oat flour, and mix until a soft, uniform dough forms.

  • Shape the crustPlace the dough on parchment paper. Use your hands or a rolling pin to shape it into a pizza base. Cover with another sheet of parchment if needed to roll evenly.

  • Prebake the doughTransfer to a baking tray and bake at 190°C / 375ºF for 5 minutes.

  • Top with hummus, grilled veggies, or vegan pesto

  • Pair with a lentil salad for a protein boost

  • Add fresh herbs and a drizzle of tahini after baking
