Carrot (peeled and chopped): 60 g / 2 oz
Oat flour: 60 g / 2 oz

Prep the carrotPeel and finely chop the carrot. Blend or mash until smooth.
Mix the doughTransfer to a bowl, add oat flour, and mix until a soft, uniform dough forms.
Shape the crustPlace the dough on parchment paper. Use your hands or a rolling pin to shape it into a pizza base. Cover with another sheet of parchment if needed to roll evenly.
Prebake the doughTransfer to a baking tray and bake at 190°C / 375ºF for 5 minutes.
