š§¾ Ingredients
Buckwheat flour: 1 cup
Onion: 1 unit
Zucchini: 1 unit
Preserved artichoke hearts: 1 cup
Tofu: 8 oz / 250 gr.
Garlic powder: 1 tablespoon
Paprika: 1 teaspoon
Smoke powder: 1 teaspoon
šØāš³ Instructions
Bring a frying pan to medium heat and add a little olive oil.
Chop the onion and add it to the pan along with the garlic powder.
Cut the tofu and zucchini into squares and add them to the pan.
Add the artichoke hearts and stir.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add 3 cups of water and cover the pan.
After 10 minutes, add the washed and drained buckwheat.
Stir and cook with the lid on for another 15 minutes.
