Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
Oat flour: 4 tablespoons
White chocolate: 2 tablespoons
Dairy milk: 1/2 fl oz / 15 ml
👨🍳 Instructions
In a bowl, mix the milk, oat flour, and cocoa powder until smooth.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out evenly.
Microwave for 2 minutes, then remove and let it cool.
Once cooled, crumble the cookie into small pieces.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave using 10-second intervals.
In a chocolate mold, pour a layer of white chocolate, then add cookie crumbles, and finish with another layer of white chocolate.
Let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, then freeze for 1 hour before serving.
