It’s naturally sweet, protein-packed, and takes just minutes in the microwave.

🧾 Ingredients


Makes 1 soft cookie

  • Banana: 40 g / 1.5 oz (about ½ a small banana, mashed)

  • Protein powder (any flavor): 25 g / 1 oz (about 1 scoop)

  • Optional: ¼ teaspoon cinnamon for extra warmth

  1. Mash the bananaIn a small bowl, add the banana and mash it well with a fork until smooth and creamy.

  2. Mix in the proteinAdd the protein powder (and cinnamon, if using) to the mashed banana. Stir until everything is fully incorporated into a thick, sticky dough.

  3. Shape the baniscuitOn a microwave-safe plate, spoon the mixture and shape it into a cookie form — about 1 cm (½ inch) thick.

  4. MicrowaveCook in the microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until firm and slightly puffed. Cooking time may vary slightly by microwave power.

  5. Let it restRemove and let cool for a few minutes at room temperature. This helps the texture firm up and become more biscuit-like.
