📋 Ingredients

Serves 1–2


  • Banana (ripe): 3.5 oz / 100 gr.

  • Egg whites: 2 fl oz / 60 ml

  • Protein powder: 1 oz / 25 gr.

  • Baking powder: 3 gr.

  • Almonds (chopped): 1 tablespoon


👨‍🍳 Instructions


  • Mash the bananaIn a container, puree the banana until smooth.

  • Mix everythingCombine the remaining ingredients and mix evenly.

  • Microwave the custardPour the mixture into a microwave-safe mold and cook for 3 minutes at 500 watts.

  • Let it restAllow it to cool at room temperature before serving.

  • Drizzle with almond butter or maple syrup
