🧾 Ingredients
Avocado: 8 units
👨🍳 Instructions
Remove the seed from each avocado.
Wash the seeds carefully.
Cut each seed in half and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 2 to 3 hours at 180ºC/350ºF (You'll know it's ready when the outer shell comes off).
Let cool at room temperature for a couple of hours.
Take the seed pieces to the food processor and grind them into a powder.
Keep refrigerated, in a container with a lid.
