🌿 Artichoke Pâte

A creamy, savory spread made with preserved artichokes and cashews — perfect for toast, crackers, or as a dip.

  • Hand blender


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1 unit garlic powder (or 1 clove)

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 7 preserved artichokes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 sprigs fresh basil

  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)


Instructions

  1. Blend base: In the hand blender glass, combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.

  2. Add flavorings: Add the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and artichokes.

  3. Blend: Continue blending until a uniform, spreadable consistency is achieved.

  4. Store: Transfer the pâte to a covered bowl and store in the refrigerator.


Delicious on sourdough, crackers, or raw veggies! 🫒🌱
