A creamy, savory spread made with preserved artichokes and cashews — perfect for toast, crackers, or as a dip.

Ingredients
1/2 cup cashews
1 unit garlic powder (or 1 clove)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
7 preserved artichokes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 sprigs fresh basil
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp pepper (or to taste)
Instructions
Blend base: In the hand blender glass, combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
Add flavorings: Add the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, and artichokes.
Blend: Continue blending until a uniform, spreadable consistency is achieved.
Store: Transfer the pâte to a covered bowl and store in the refrigerator.
Delicious on sourdough, crackers, or raw veggies! 🫒🌱
