🥧 Apple Yogurt Pie

🧾 Ingredients

  • Organic eggs: 4 units

  • Apple: 7 oz / 200 gr.

  • Dairy yogurt: 3.5 fl oz / 100 ml

  • Lemon: 1 unit (zest only)

  • Corn starch: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, place the apple, yogurt, eggs, lemon zest, sweeteners to taste, and cornstarch.

  2. Mix very well until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased tart pan.

  4. Decorate with thin apple slices on top if desired.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.

  6. Allow it to cool to room temperature before serving.
