Maple syrup: 1 tablespoon (approx. 15 ml)
Ground cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
Rolled oats: 3 tablespoons (approx. 25 g / just under 1 oz)

Slice the appleCore and slice the apple into thin wedges or rounds. No need to peel unless you prefer it without skin.
Melt and mixPlace a frying pan over medium heat. Add the coconut oil and maple syrup, stirring gently for a few seconds until melted and combined.
