Apple (peeled and chopped): 13 oz / 350 gr.
Dairy yogurt: 13 fl oz / 350 ml
Organic eggs: 3 units
Erythritol: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.
Corn flour: 3 oz / 80 gr.
👨🍳 Instructions
Blend the mixtureUse a hand blender to combine all ingredients until smooth.
Prepare the moldGrease a loaf pan and pour in the mixture.
Add apple toppingPlace some apple pieces on top of the preparation for extra texture.
Bake the custardBake for 45 minutes at 190°C / 375ºF.
Cool and serveLet the custard rest at room temperature before serving.
