📋 Ingredients

Serves 4–6


  • Apple (peeled and chopped): 13 oz / 350 gr.

  • Dairy yogurt: 13 fl oz / 350 ml

  • Organic eggs: 3 units

  • Erythritol: 1.5 oz / 40 gr.

  • Corn flour: 3 oz / 80 gr.


👨‍🍳 Instructions


  • Blend the mixtureUse a hand blender to combine all ingredients until smooth.

  • Prepare the moldGrease a loaf pan and pour in the mixture.

  • Add apple toppingPlace some apple pieces on top of the preparation for extra texture.

  • Bake the custardBake for 45 minutes at 190°C / 375ºF.

  • Cool and serveLet the custard rest at room temperature before serving.


🍽 Serving Suggestions

  • Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg

  • Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream

  • Top with toasted almond flakes
