🧾 Ingredients

  • Nuts butter: 3.5 oz / 95 gr.

  • Vegan Greek yogurt: 2.5 oz / 70 gr.

  • Almonds: 4 oz / 110 gr.

  • Agave syrup: 2 oz / 50 gr.

  • Chocolate chips: 2 tablespoons


👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Break the almonds into small pieces.

  2. Combine all the ingredients in a container and mix well.

  3. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

  4. Use a spoon to portion out the dough, shaping into balls and slightly pressing each one.

  5. Bake at 200°C/390ºF for 9 minutes.

  6. Let the cookies cool to room temperature.
