🧾 Ingredients
Nuts butter: 3.5 oz / 95 gr.
Vegan Greek yogurt: 2.5 oz / 70 gr.
Almonds: 4 oz / 110 gr.
Agave syrup: 2 oz / 50 gr.
Chocolate chips: 2 tablespoons
👨🍳 Instructions
Break the almonds into small pieces.
Combine all the ingredients in a container and mix well.
Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Use a spoon to portion out the dough, shaping into balls and slightly pressing each one.
Bake at 200°C/390ºF for 9 minutes.
Let the cookies cool to room temperature.
