This Alioli is a creamy, garlicky delight that brings the bold essence of Mediterranean cuisine into your kitchen. Ingredients

  • 1 organic egg

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled

  • 1 teaspoon cream cheese (optional for added creaminess)

  • 1 sprig fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients: Place the egg, garlic, cream cheese, and chopped parsley into a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. Blend until smooth: Use a hand blender to emulsify the mixture until thick and creamy. Move the blender up and down gently to ensure everything is fully combined.

  3. Chill and store: Transfer the alioli to a clean container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours meld.
