Blend the batterAdd all ingredients — banana, olive oil, plant-based milk, vanilla, panela, flour, baking powder, and instant coffee — into the blender glass. Blend until smooth and completely integrated.
Prepare the panLightly grease a loaf pan or cake mold that fits into your air fryer. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.
