Vegan Greek Yogurt 8.5 fl oz

Grated Coconut 1.5 oz

Chocolate 2 oz


Preparation

To prepare these delicious Iced Keto Bars, follow these simple steps:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine vegan Greek yogurt and grated coconut until fully integrated.

  2. Line a cake pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.

  3. Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.

  4. Melt chocolate (adding 1 tbsp coconut oil if needed for smoothness).

  5. Remove pan from freezer and pour melted chocolate over the yogurt layer.

  6. Return to freezer for 3 hours until completely set.

  7. Let thaw for 15 minutes before cutting into bars.

  8. Store unused bars in freezer.
