Ingredients
Hazelnuts 1 oz
Cocoa Powder 3 gr
Dehydrated Dates 7 units
White Beans 3.5 oz
Coconut Oil 2 tablespoons
Preparation
To prepare this White Bean Choco-Cream, follow these steps:
Cook white beans in water until tender, then drain.
Toast hazelnuts in dry pan until fragrant.
Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
Transfer to container and refrigerate 6 hours.
Serving
Use as spread or dessert topping
