These protein-packed Twix-style cookies offer a healthier twist on the classic candy bar. With no refined sugar and packed with plant-based protein, they make the perfect post-workout treat or guilt-free dessert. The microwave method ensures they're ready in minutes!

Ingredients

Protein Powder 2 oz

Agave Syrup 1 tablespoon

Nut Butter 1 tablespoon

Chocolate 5 units


Preparation

  1. Mix protein powder with water until dough forms

  2. Shape into 4 rectangular bars

  3. Microwave for 1.5 minutes until firm

  4. Blend agave and nut butter for caramel layer

  5. Spread caramel over cooled cookies

  6. Freeze for 30 minutes to set

  7. Dip in melted chocolate


Recommendations

For best results, use dark chocolate with 70% cocoa or higher. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. These cookies taste best when slightly thawed - the caramel layer becomes perfectly chewy!
