Sesame Seeds 5 oz

Chocolate 7 oz


Preparation

  1. Mash banana thoroughly and mix with sesame seeds

  2. Divide into 10 equal portions

  3. Flatten into thin rounds on parchment paper

  4. Bake at 355°F (180°C) for 15 minutes until golden

  5. Cool completely on wire rack

  6. Melt chocolate and dip half of each cookie

  7. Refrigerate for 1 hour to set chocolate
