Cooked Chickpeas 3.5 oz
Onion 1 unit
Vegan Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
Lemon 1 unit
Nori Seaweed 2 leaves
Preparation
To prepare this delicious Vegan Tuna, follow these simple steps:
Drain and mash the chickpeas in a bowl, removing all canning liquid.
Using a hand blender or food processor, grind nori seaweed into fine powder.
Add nori powder to mashed chickpeas and mix well.
Finely dice the onion and add to mixture.
Stir in vegan mayonnaise and fresh lemon juice.
Season with ground black pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon or spatula until well combined.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
