Wheat Gluten 1 Cup
Bread Crumbs 1/2 Cup
Protein Powder 1 oz
Garlic Powder 3 teaspoons
Paprika 3 teaspoons
Soy Sauce 0.5 fl oz
Vegetable Broth 1 Cup
Preparation
To prepare this Vegan Chorizo, follow these steps:
Mix dry ingredients (gluten, breadcrumbs, protein powder, spices).
Blend with soy sauce and seasonings.
Gradually add broth while kneading.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts.
Shape each into chorizo links.
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
Simmer in boiling water for 45 minutes.
Cooling & Storage
Cool completely, then refrigerate
