Basmati Rice 1/2 Cup
Garlic 4 Cloves
Onion 1/2 unit
Carrot 1 unit
Pepper 1/2 Rojo
Tofu 7 oz.
Paprika 1 tablespoon
Sunflower Seeds 15 gr.
Pumpkin Seeds 15 gr.
Preparation
To prepare this delicious Rice with Tofu and Seeds, follow these simple steps:
Cook the rice with a cup of water and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes over low heat.
Cut the vegetables into cubes and sauté them in a frying pan with vegetable oil and paprika until tender.
In another pan over medium heat, cook the tofu in oil until browned.
Cut the tofu into cubes or strips and mix with the vegetables.
When the rice is cooked, add it to the vegetable-tofu mixture and stir to combine.
Let rest at room temperature, then season with soy sauce and spices to taste.
Toast the sunflower and pumpkin seeds in a dry pan until golden.
Serve the rice topped with toasted seeds.
