Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon
Psyllium 1 teaspoon
Flax Flour 1 teaspoon
Onion 1/4 unit
Carrot 1 unit
Tofu 7 oz
Rice 1 Cup
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Preparation
To prepare these Rice and Tofu Snacks, follow these steps:
Cook rice according to type (white/brown).
Blend oats, garlic powder, psyllium, flax flour, and spices.
Add diced onion and carrot, process briefly.
Incorporate cubed tofu, blend until combined.
Mix in cooked rice until dough forms.
Shape into small balls with wet hands.
Place on parchment-lined tray, drizzle with oil.
Bake at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes.
