Banana 3.5 oz
Pumpkin 3.5 oz
Organic Egg 1 unit
Egg Whites 3.5 fl oz
Cinnamon 2 tablespoons
Oat Flour 2 oz
Baking Powder 3 gr
Preparation
To prepare this Pumpkin-Banana Cake, follow these steps:
Cook pumpkin until tender (steam or microwave), then mash.
Blend mashed pumpkin with banana, egg, oat flour, cinnamon, and optional lemon zest.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
Gently fold egg whites into pumpkin mixture with baking powder.
Pour batter into greased baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
Cooling
Let cool completely before serving
