Preparation
To prepare these Potato Balls, follow these steps:
Cook potato (steam, boil, or microwave) until tender.
Grate cooked potato and hard cheese.
Mix together, seasoning with salt and spices.
Form into balls and brush with olive oil.
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12 minutes.
