Ingredients
1 cup cooked white beans
1/2 cup cashews
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
Soften cashews: Place the cashews in a bowl, cover with boiling water, and let them soak until cool and soft.
Blend: Drain the cashews and place them in a hand blender jar. Add the white beans, garam masala, ginger powder, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill: Transfer the spread to a covered container and refrigerate.
