Ingredients

Plant-Based Milk 2 fl oz

Oatmeal 4 tablespoons

Banana 1 unit

Baking Powder 1 teaspoon

Papaya 2 slices

Nut Butter 1 tablespoon


Preparation

To prepare this tropical Papaya Cake, follow these steps:

  1. Make oat flour:

    • Blend oatmeal and baking powder

    • Process until fine texture


  2. Prepare wet mixture:

    • Mash ripe banana

    • Add plant-based milk

    • Blend until smooth


  3. Combine mixtures:

    • Mix wet and dry ingredients

    • Stir until batter forms


  4. Layer in pan:

    • Pour half batter into greased pan

    • Add papaya slices

    • Drizzle nut butter

    • Repeat layers


  5. Air fry:

    • Cook at 390°F (200°C) for 10 minutes

    • Check with toothpick


Cooling & Serving

• Rest 10 minutes

• Garnish with papaya

• Serve slightly warm
