Fruit Jam 1 tablespoon


Preparation

To prepare this Mini Cheesecake, follow these steps:

  1. Blend egg, ricotta, and cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Pour into microwave-safe ramekin.

  3. Microwave for 4 minutes until set.

  4. Cool completely at room temperature.

  5. Chill in refrigerator for 2+ hours.

  6. Top with fruit jam before serving.
